Jonathan has been great to work with. I appreciate him for not over selling. He asked me what I needed and then presented me with options. Precision Roofing was one of my first of six estimates and through the entire process and not once did Jonathan rushed or push me to get the deal done. After the storms Thursday morning, we found a spot in the kitchen that was wet. Called Ian and he was here today and again did a great job. Found where the leak was and patched it up in about 90 minutes. He is always prompt and does a great job lets me know what he found and what he did to fix it.

Ian was great to work with on a roof repair. I had a roof replaced in 2020 as part of a home purchase – however that business which I didn’t pick went out of business. Several years later I had a serious leak in a dead pan area of the roof due to poor flashing and trim work. It was rotting my siding as a result. While he was here, I had his crew install 3 roof vents that were paid for but never installed originally. Ian had the most comprehensive bid to actually fix the problem area and ensure I was properly sealed to help prevent further leaks.
