Meet The Team

Kyle started in the roofing industry at a young age as he grew up working for a family-owned roofing company. In 2014, Kyle started his own roofing business based out of Fort Dodge, Iowa that specializes in Commercial and Residential roof replacement. In 2020, there was a major storm that damaged many roofs in Iowa which led him to meet Richard Hoffman, the founding member of Precision Roofing. After a year of working together on joint projects, Kyle was awarded the opportunity to purchase Precision Roofing. Kyle now resides in Missouri and travels back and forth to Iowa so that he can run both roofing companies. When he does find time for himself, he enjoys spending time with his family and golfing.

Autumn is Kyle’s wife and has worked alongside him since the beginning. She oversees both office locations and assists Kyle with all the behind-the-scenes tasks that come with roof bids and replacements. Fun fact, after starting their roofing business in 2014, the first roof they signed was installed by Kyle & Autumn themselves! During her free time, Autumn loves to spend time with her children.

Rich started Precision Roofing in 1987 and is working with Kyle during the transition period. Since starting and growing Precision Roofing to the success it is now, Rich has had his hand in many other business ventures. He is a go-getter who loves to sell roofs, create long-term business relationships, and is always a positive person to be around. Rich’s newest passion is antique motorcycles & vintage related items.

David came to Precision Roofing 25 years ago after working at Bendix. As the Production Manager, David is responsible for project reviews, material purchasing, equipment rentals, coordinating crew workers, and keeping everyone informed concerning potential weather storm threats. David enjoys time at the lake when he’s not in the office.

Residential Production Manager — What does it take to fill this position? The answer is a person who can juggle people, products, schedules, Missouri weather and in-house I.T. Jacob Wise joined Precision Roofing as our new Residential Production Manager. He served 16 years as a local Police Officer with the last 7 years as a supervisor and decided to challenge himself in other areas by coming on board at Precision Roofing. Jacob brings tried and true abilities in supervising employees, subcontractors, project management, problem solving and customer service to our team. In his free time, Jacob likes to spend time with his wife, children and 3 dogs (including the retired Police K9 he adopted).

Donnie has been with Precision Roofing since 2017 after owning & operating his own business. Donnie is adept in commercial & residential roof repairs and replacements, as well as roof coatings. He is an avid bass fisherman enjoying the time spent outdoors.

Jeff Pepperman worked 26 years as the general manager of Back Yard Burger in Independence, MO. When they closed-up shop he followed his passion for customer service by joing our Precision Roofing team by providing excellent care of our residential customers. In his free time Jeff enjoys cooking, grilling, and spending time with his family.

Jaren Stutzman hales from Ohio and is a great addition to the Precision Roofing team. Jaren is a certified unmanned air pilot, which means he’s a valuable member for us in terms of flying a drone for certain roofing situations. He is a well-established Baseball coach in the area and is CEO of Stutzman Baseball Academy, a training center in Blue Springs. In his free time, he spends all his time with his kids either at the park or at their sporting events. Jaren’s energy and passion is contagious, he has a caring heart and is eager to help people as much as he can!

John is passionate about health, fitness, Brazilian jiujitsu and home improvement. His passions make John a perfect fit with the Precision Roofing team. He loves spending time with my family and friends with his wife and two sons keeping him young and strong! When he’s not on a roof or spending time with immediate family, John is probably traveling to nearby cities to compete in tournaments.

Joining the Precision Roofing team is the young and talented Joshua Gonzales. In 2024 we created a Repair Technician Commercial/Residential position to attend to our repair-only customers. He comes from a family of roofing professionals and began the trade at an early age. From the flattest roof to the steepest peak, Joshua has been trained to repair all types of roofing systems. He also worked 2-years on a military base performing various roofing repairs and small installations. He enjoys cinema and exploring the great outdoor parks with his child.

Shannon came onboard with Precision Roofing in 2014 and is a jack of all things when it comes to assisting Precision’s employees and customers. She has supernatural skills in locating project files, answering the phones, invoicing customers, and can be reliably found at the Lee’s Summit home office. Shannon is an avid horseman, trail riding many of Missouri’s national forests, as well as a proud Nana of five precious grandchildren.

In 2001, Precision Roofing hired Ponci and he has become an integral employee in making sure any and everything gets completed. From a simple single shingle repair to complete tear-offs, Ponci is knowledgeable to oversee or do the work. When Ponci isn’t working he enjoys fishing & golfing.

Derek grew up in the construction industry. Spending much of his youth assisting his family in various renovation projects. Leaving Lafox, Illinois to embark on his journey with Precision Roofing, he brings his expertise and passion for the field to every project. With a professional background in various building trades spanning over 15 years and previous experience as a supervisor, Derek is well-versed in overseeing jobs from start to finish, ensuring precision and top-notch quality. Beyond work, Derek finds joy in traveling, action sports such as wakeboarding and motocross, and is an avid outdoorsman.

Mike Keeney comes to us with 15 years of commercial roofing experience. He knows how to start and finish every kind of roofing system. He is a dependable and loyal crew member addition to the team. Mike enjoys restoring cars and spending time with family members, especially his daughter.

Sarah Pepperman began her accounting career in 2012 after receiving a Business Management & Accounting degree from Devry University. Sarah has shown herself to be an asset to the Precision Roofing accounting team. Outside of work, she enjoys a diversity of things like reading, crafting, puzzles, and is an active member of the Praise Team at Abundant Life BS. Sarah and her family reside in Blue Springs, with their four dogs, and two cats.

As the Digital Transformation Architect, Audrey specializes in making things work better with the latest tech tools. She helps our team embrace digital upgrades and ensures everything runs smoothly. In her free time, she loves to explore the farmers market and art galleries.

Luke Vaughan, majoring in Computer Science at Iowa State University, has joined Precision Roofing part time. He is passionate about learning. He has studied abroad in Wales, gaining insightful information. In Luke’s free time, he enjoys playing tennis and pickleball, as well as watching college football and basketball.

Antavion Adams is majoring in computer science at the University of Iowa. His mission is to help Precision Roofing excel by embracing cutting edge technology and finding creative solutions to problems. Outside of work, Antavion enjoys good food, time with loved ones, and caring for his lizard Krombopulos.

Braden joined Precision Roofing in July 2024. He graduated from John Brown University, earning a music degree. Braden has joined the sales team after working in the church for 6 years, and when he’s not up on your roof, you can find him spending time with his wife and two kids, building guitars, and making shoes. He loves all things fitness, sports, and food, and is excited to dive headfirst into roofing.

28 years of Mississippi roofing experience is what John Hardges brought to Precision Roofing the summer of 2024. John calls himself a “water diversion specialist.” Why just have a job when you can do what you love? Roofing is what he loves to do, and the views are spectacular. He is a veteran who served our country in the ARMY military forces branch. John is a good ole country boy, who enjoys fishing and spending time with his godson.

Kimberly is a highly skilled PM with more than 10 years of experience in research, development, and design. When she is not learning about all things roofing, she creates unique dog fashions and enjoys time with family and friends.

Daniel joined the Precision team in 2024 as a Digital Archivist and currently works for the company as a Technical Writer developing internal SOPS. He received his master’s in English from UMKC in 2022, where he also frequently adjuncts, teaching courses in academic prose and storytelling. In his free time, Daniel enjoys playing tennis, drinking Scotch, and reading dense novels.

For 29 years, Jaymie has been the lubricant that keeps everything and everyone moving at Precision Roofing. Jaymie assists the owner & salesmen with proposal preparations and submissions. She keeps the bills paid and the lights on. If there are hurdles to be cleared with insurance providers, certificates, licensing, application for payments, and payroll, Jaymie has the wisdom to figure out the best course of action. She is the proud Grandmother of five precious little ones.
